The problem

Spotify bills monthly for Premium and Teams subscriptions, but the PDF invoice with VAT is hidden under Account → Subscription — not in your inbox.

  • 01You open spotify.com/account and log in.
  • 02Navigate to Subscription.
  • 03Click Manage — the page redirects to the Stripe customer portal.
  • 04Find Billing history and download the Invoice PDF. Most people don't know it exists.

Times ten portals. Every month. Nine hours a year — on something a machine should handle.

How Trase solves it

Three steps. In the background.

01

You upload your bank statement.

AI Mapper reads each line and recognises the Spotify transaction. It appears in your receipt overview as a missing receipt.

02

Agent opens Spotify.

Trase opens spotify.com, navigates to Account → Subscription, and fetches the invoice as PDF from the Stripe customer portal behind it.

03

Receipts land in your Cloud Vault.

Ready for ZIP import into your accounting software. Named, dated, and matched to the correct transaction.

What the agent sees

The same screen as you.

The Agent runs in your own Chrome Extension and navigates via the same UI elements as a human — no hardcoded scripts.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask about.

Does Trase see my Spotify password?

No. Trase rides your existing Chrome session via the Chrome Extension. You are already logged in — the Agent uses that session, exactly as a new tab in your browser would. No credentials are ever stored.

What if Spotify changes their UI?

The Agent uses computer-use AI and sees the portal's actual screen live. It navigates by elements such as "Billing", "Invoice" and "Download" — not by a hardcoded script. When Spotify changes their UI, it adapts just as a human would.

Does it work with both Spotify Premium and Spotify for Teams?

Yes. The Agent navigates to the Stripe customer portal behind Spotify Account and fetches invoices for the active subscription. Premium Individual and Teams subscriptions use the same billing flow.

Other portals

And all the others you use.

The portals below are just examples. Any portal with an invoice page works — including ones we haven't made a page about yet.

Try with your own Spotify receipts.

Upload a bank statement, see the receipt overview, and let the Agent fetch your first three receipts free.
